3. Follow the installation steps depending on your Nessus software and operating system:
   • Nessus
     • Install Nessus on Linux
     • Install Nessus on Windows

   • Nessus Agent
     • Install a Nessus Agent on Linux
     • Install a Nessus Agent on Windows

4. Perform the initial configuration steps for Nessus in the web front end.
